Call Sarge is an AI-powered phone answering service for home service contractors. When you forward your business phone to us, our AI answers incoming calls, qualifies leads, and attempts to book appointments on your behalf. You are charged $7 per successfully booked appointment. There is no monthly fee and no charge if we do not book an appointment.
New customers receive one free week of service with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires agreeing to our pay-per-booking billing terms.
A booking is defined as a confirmed appointment with: the caller's name, phone number, service address, and a scheduled date and time. Calls that end without these details confirmed are not charged.
Our service uses AI voice technology to answer calls. Callers who ask directly whether they are speaking with an AI will be answered honestly. By using this service, you confirm that you are comfortable with AI handling your inbound calls under these terms.
Call Sarge is provided as-is during the validation phase. We do not guarantee call quality, booking rates, or uptime. We are not liable for missed calls, incorrect bookings, or revenue lost due to service interruptions.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. You may stop forwarding calls to us at any time with no penalty. Outstanding charges for confirmed bookings remain due upon termination.
